Together, we founded and built Policygenius into one of the most trusted consumer fintech brands in the U.S., raising over $250 million, scaling to 700+ employees in a regulated and operations-heavy business, and navigating the company through its exit in 2023.

Jen founded and led Policygenius as CEO for a decade. She’s known for her strategic clarity and calm, commanding presence. Whether inspiring a company with a bold annual plan or communicating tough news with empathy, she brings deep skill in storytelling, investor relations, and leadership at scale. She is a trusted voice in media, boardrooms, and among founders navigating high-stakes moments. A McKinsey alum, Jen is a graduate of Columbia Law School and admitted to the NY Bar.

Fran founded and led Policygenius as CMO, CPO, and COO — building and scaling critical functions for over a decade. His nickname was “The Ferret” for his ability to zero in on the right problem and find the “aha” in the mess. He’s known for recruiting and closing top talent, building durable systems, and coaching founders through org design, succession planning, and functional leadership. A McKinsey alum, Fran is a graduate of Harvard Business School.
